Multilingual long-form YouTube strategy for SpongeBob and Nickelodeon across 13 regional language channels

How do you deliver YouTube content profitably at global scale in a Made-for-Kids (MFK) landscape?

Nickelodeon's YouTube presence spans 13 different language and regional pages, with Latin America consistently the strongest-performing market. Reaching that many audiences at once meant finding a content model that wouldn't multiply production costs with every new market and figuring out which video format actually performed.

Long-form clip compilations over short-form scene lifts. The data showed ad revenue climbed the longer a video ran. I inherited those learnings and carried the strategy forward across all 13 markets during my time as Senior Producer.

  • Directed YouTube content strategy across 13 language and regional channels, including SpongeBob en Español and Nickelodeon en Español
  • Carried forward and scaled the long-form compilation model across all 13 markets as Senior Producer
  • Kept Latin America prioritized as the top-performing market, directing resourcing accordingly
  • Oversaw day-to-day execution and output across SpongeBob and Nickelodeon's regional YouTube channels
